Robert C. Hsu

Robert C. Hsu Robert C. Hsu received is Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law. He is an experienced negotiator, and trial attorney both in state and federal court systems. He currently a member of UCLA Extension's core of instructors lecturing on topics such as corporate law and litigation. In his practice, he has presided over multi-million dollar business mergers and acquisitions and prosecuted trademark infringements and contract disputes. He has been a senior fraud investigator for major insurance companies such as Automobile Club of Southern California and Infinity Insurance Group, serving high profile clients such as Jason Alexander of the hit TV show "Seinfeld" and John Lithgow of "Shrek" and "Civil Action?" He also served as the senior Lemon Law consultant for automobile importers. While serving as a consultant, Mr. Hsu was instrumental in securing and pushing through the GM/ Daewoo/ Suzuki acquisition and consulted on product liability issues in the Daewoo Motors America Bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Hsu also is an experienced criminal attorney. He applies his civil jury trial and negotiation experiences to the criminal arena often successfully defended clients against charges ranging from theft and DUI up through armed robberies and manslaughter charges.
